Sex and the City (and Petey)

Guess who I almost tripped with my leash?

Mommy needed to dash across the street to the bodega (corner market for you non-NYCers) and I decided to tag along. We paused to stop a neighbor's baby from crying - she loves me so as soon as Mommy told her that "Petey heard her crying and it made him sad" she dried right up!

Good deed done, we proceeded down the avenue. I was trotting along nicely when suddenly a tantalizing pee-mail drew me right in front on Mommy and a nice looking man who was walking towards us...

Holy smokes, it was MISTER BIG!!!

He and Mommy did one of those side-to-side dances so they'd avoid bumping into each other (so yes, Mommy made eye-contact with the very tasty Mister Big) and then he was on his way.

Now, when I was just a young pup, we were out for a walk and there was a lady coming towards us with her little boy, who was on a trike. The lady was pulling a particularly delicious looking stuffy on wheels (yikes! My first wheelie experience!) and as I lunged at it for a closer look, she pulled it up and away, causing me to jump on her. Mommy was very apologetic, but I did it on purpose. 

The lady with the little boy was Sarah Jessica Parker.

Now that there's talk of a sequel to the movie, don't you think Carrie and Big need to have a scruffy but adorable Cairn terrier of their very own?
